However, most of the orders are based on old photos, which are often heavily damaged, scratched, or torn. You can also provide us with photos in digital form, which is easier since they can be sent via email. The quality of the provided photos is often not good and requires digital retouching, which is time-consuming and thus a paid service. We always show the customer the quality of the photograph in its final size, and it is up to them to assess the quality of the photograph in its final form without edits. We offer several options or levels of photo editing, which mainly depend on the quality of the provided materials, something we can assess only after receiving them for consultation. In the gallery, you can see what can be done using the painstaking and lengthy process in combination with new technologies.
